Losst Unnown Return/Exchange Policy

Currently, Losst Unnown Inc. does not have a return policy. However, Losst Unnown Inc. does have an exchange policy to compliment your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly exchange it for a different size, color or another item(s) of equal value. Any garment that has been altered, worn or washed will not be accepted.

Return By Mail

1. Reason. On an index card (3 ½ x 5), please indicate the reason for exchange along with desired new merchandise. Please list item(s) code, size and color.

2. Box It. Place the unworn/unused merchandise in a box with the index card and securely seal the package.

3. Send It.  Ship all exchanges to:

Once Losst Unnown Inc. receives and processes your exchange(s), please allow 7-14 business days for your new merchandise.
